SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All general conditions apply exclusively to sales of services marketed by Sud Tourisme, online on the site https://book.sudtourisme.nc/ or in tourist offices.
Sud Tourisme acts as a ticketing provider on behalf of its partners or to sell its own tourist products. Consequently, these general conditions only concern ticket sales services. Certain services or product may also include specifics conditions of the organizer or activity provider.

ARTICLE 1 – PRICE AND STOCKS

1.1 Ticket prices are indicated in XPF, all taxes and fees included. The price on the ticket is the overall price paid by the customer.

1.2 Different types of rates may be offered to you. Reduced rates require the customer to present the corresponding proof via the site or on the day of the service (Disability card, senior over 60 years old, students, Civic Service, group over 10 people).
Except in special cases for groups, the total number of places per person cannot exceed 15 for an order for the same event.

1.3 Sud Tourisme reserves the right to modify rates at any time and invoicing will be based on the prices available during the client’s order online.

1.4  Child ticket necessarily requires the purchase of an additional adult ticket. Any minor must be accompanied by an adult and will be under his responsibility during the event.

ARTICLE 2 – AVAILABILITY

Availability display and ticket reservations are made in real time, at the time of ordering.

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT

Payment by credit card allows you to reserve your tickets online immediately. The cards accepted for payment online are Blue Card /Visa and Mastercard / AMEX.
It is also possible to proceed with the online registration and pay by check or cash, by visiting the Sud Tourisme tourist offices. Any order not regularized within 7 days of ordering will be automatically canceled.

ARTICLE 4 – SECURITY OF PAYMENTS AND PERSONAL DATA

5.1 Payment security

Our site is subject of a security system. We have adopted the 128-bit SSL encryption process but we have also reinforced all the scrambling and encryption processes to protect all sensitive data linked to means of payment as effectively as possible.

ARTICLE 5 – CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER

Your online ticket order is definitively confirmed upon receipt of the order validation email to the email address indicated when ordering. The electronic tickets will then be sent in a second email once the order is validated.

ARTICLE 6 – ACCEPTANCE

You declare that you have read and accepted these general conditions of sale before validating your order. Validation of your order online or with our tourist advisors therefore constitutes acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

ARTICLE 7 – OBTAINING AND USE OF TICKETS

7.1 When ordering from tourist offices, electronic tickets will be sent to you by email by our tourist advisor.

7.2 For an online order, once the order has been validated and payment has been made, you will receive the payment proof and the electronic ticket by email, to the email address indicated when ordering.

7.3 The validity of tickets is checked on the day of the service. When checking at the entrance to the event venue, you may be asked for a valid photo ID and it must correspond to the name written on the ticket if it is nominative.

7.4 It is impossible to be admitted several times with the same ticket. Reproduction of tickets is prohibited. Only the first person to present the ticket will be presumed to be the legitimate holder of the ticket and will be admitted to attend the event. She is presumed to be the legitimate holder of the note. It is therefore prohibited to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit the ticket in any way, or to make it available for such purposes. Keep your ticket in a safe place. Use only an official sales channel to purchase your ticket. Never accept a ticket offered to you by a stranger, as it could be a copy.

The organizer may refuse entry to the event when several prints, reproductions, copies or imitations of a ticket that can be printed at home are in circulation and access to the event has already been previously granted to the holder of one print, a reproduction, copy or imitation of the corresponding printable at home ticket. In particular, the organizer is not obliged to verify the identity of the person presenting the printable at home ticket in order to verify that it is indeed the ticket buyer, nor to verify the authenticity of the ticket that can be printed at home to the extent that the imitation or copy cannot be unmistakably identified as such during the entry check for the event. If the holder of a ticket that can be printed at home is turned away for this reason during an access control, there is no right to reimbursement of the price paid.

7.5 Your tickets are permanently available until the date of the event in your online personal area. The purchaser of tickets takes all precautionary measures required to keep his password secret and to prevent any use by unauthorized persons or any infringement.

7.6 Sud Tourisme declines all responsibility: for anomalies which may occur during the ordering, processing or printing of the ticket to the extent that it has not caused them intentionally or as a result of negligence in the event of loss, theft or illicit use of the printable ticket at home. The customer will not be given any duplicates or certificates or reissues of the ticket, of any nature whatsoever, other than the initial ticket alone.

ARTICLE 8 – ANNULATION ET REMBOURSEMENT

8.1 Right of withdrawal

By modification dated January 30, 2019 of deliberation no. 14 relating to economic regulations, services marketed by mail order for services related to transport, accommodation, catering or services are excluded from the 15-day right of withdrawal. leisure activities, which must be provided on a specific date or periodicity and which are solely subject to the contract to which they are the subject. 8.2 An order may be exceptionally canceled up to 72 hours before the date of the service. After this period, the ticket cannot be refunded, even in the event of loss or theft, nor returned or exchanged.

8.3 In case of cancellation of the event due to Sud Tourisme, only the price of the ticket will be refunded. This reimbursement will only be made in favor of the initial purchaser against surrender of the ticket. A ticket cannot also be resold at a price higher than that shown on the front of said ticket.

8.4 Tickets are non refundable non changeable.

8.5 In addition to the right of postponement or cancellation that Sud Tourisme may exercise for an event, Sud Tourisme may decide to reimburse registrations for any valid reason. In this case, Sud Tourisme reimburses the participant directly to their credit card for the amount of the registration ticket. Sud Tourisme reserves the right to refund the ticket within 1 month of the cancellation request.

We invite you in any case to check 24 hours before your event whether it is maintained without modification.

8.6 Modifications
Date can be exceptionally changed, 72h prior the service, upon availability and with a written request at  contact@sudtourisme.nc.
Tickets’ rate plan can be changed maximum 24h prior the service,  with a written proof and request at contact@sudtourisme.nc.
